Healthy Recipe: Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
Whip up a healthy orange creamsicle smoothie with just a few simple ingredients—and it tastes just like your favorite summer treat, but without the guilt!
Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 orange, peeled and segmented

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1 teaspoon orange zest

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup whole milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
Directions
1. Blend the ingredients. Toss everything into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If you like, add ice cubes for extra thickness.
2. Sweeten to taste. Adjust the sweetness with honey or maple syrup as you prefer.
