Prolonged daily stress can become a chronic condition, a physical and emotional state which is more detrimental to health than acute episodes of stress.

There are tools that are designed to help with daily stress and eligible Cape Cod Healthcare employees can use them anytime, anonymously, 24/7.

Happify is an app that offers science-based activities and games to help you reduce stress, stop the worry cycle, and build resilience for life’s challenges. It is offered through partnership with Tufts Health Plan and is available at no cost to all CCHC health plan members.
