We have extended the Employee Wellness credits season through November to give participants a chance to earn more toward Wellness credits.
We’d like to remind you that there is still enough time to earn Wellness credits to qualify for the annual LiveWell cash rewards. All Benefits Eligible Employees and all Spouses registered on the CCHC Health Plan may participate in any of the LiveWell Wellness initiatives to earn Wellness credits and qualify for the cash rewards. The deadline to earn Wellness credits has been extended to November 30, 2021.
