Gather a team and compete during the Move More Challenge!
From June 9 through July 13, you can focus on your health and participate in an organization-wide team activity challenge that will encourage you to be physically active, focus on your well-being and work with your colleagues or teammates to move your team to the top of the leaderboard!
The Move More Challenge is offered through CCHC Employee Wellness with our partners at Wellable, which provides an app you can link to a Connections page to track your progress. You can also use free apps like Apple Health and S Health to record your movement. No device is required for the challenge, however and a weekly leaderboard will show the teams competing in the challenge.
Participants will earn 5 Wellness Credits in the LiveWell Wellness Program for tracking activity.
The team that finishes the Challenge with the most Wellable Points will be crowned the Move More Challenge Champions! The top three (3) teams at the end of the Challenge will be awarded winning prizes:
Team Lunch or Dinner
- New Fitness Tracking Devices
- Special Health & Wellness Prizes & Gift cards
Register your team today. Registration must be completed by June 9 for your team to compete in the Challenge.
Gather a team of between four and eight colleagues for the challenge
- If you can't find enough coworkers, contact Employee Wellness program manager Darijan Suton (dsuton@capecodhealth.org) and he'll find a spot for you
- Create a fun team name
- Have one person fill out the team registration form. This will require each teammate’s Wellable username (email address), first name, and last name. Send the completed form to Darijan Suton (dsuton@capecodhealth.org) and you'll be ready to complete!
