Mark your calendar for the annual Hyannis Marathon, a signature Cape Cod event featuring a full marathon, half marathon and 10k race. Whether you’re an experienced runner or a first-timer, this race offers a scenic course along the charming streets and coastline of Hyannis. Lace up, step up and experience the exhilaration with fellow runners. A Boston Marathon qualifying course.

Cape Cod St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Saturday, March 8
11 a.m., Yarmouth

Cheers to 20 years! The Cape’s largest annual celebration of the green has become one of the most anticipated off-season occasions, drawing upwards of 45,000 spectators from all over the country. The step-off point of the parade is at the intersection of Route 28 and Long Pond Road and extends two miles, through downtown Yarmouth to end at Higgins Crowell Road.

Cape Cod Children’s Museum, 577 Great Neck Road, South Mashpee

Celebrate Irish culture with a day of music, dancing and family fun at the Cape Cod Children’s Museum! Enjoy live Irish music, fiddlers and singers, plus dancing performances.
