Annual review process is an opportunity for open communication
Regular feedback is at the core of a high performing organizations. And the Cape Cod Healthcare annual Talent Management process is an opportunity to communicate and provide key feedback for both managers and staff.
Cape Cod Healthcare could not achieve its mission without a capable and engaged workforce. While providing regular feedback is an activity that should take place throughout the year, the annual exercise is intended to:

- Establish goals for the future
- Strengthen the relationship between you and your employees
- Open channels of communication
- Recognize good performance
- Identify areas where improvement is required
By effectively communicating performance feedback and identifying development opportunities, you can have a direct impact on Cape Cod Healthcare’s mission and the individuals who work here.
We understand the competing priorities for our attention, including the implementation of our new EPIC electronic medical record system. Because of this, we are extending the deadlines for 2020 Non-Union performance evaluations to be completed.
