STARS Shine on Red Carpet STARS Shine on the Red Carpet

Earlier this month, the STAR Team Member Recognition Program kicked off the inaugural quarterly red-carpet celebration.

In mid-July, CCHC Team Members were pleasantly surprised when they discovered the red carpet was rolled out for them outside the cafeterias at Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital.

To informally recognize all our remarkable team members and shining stars, the STAR Committee greeted employees at the cafeterias of Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital, inviting them to walk the red carpet. Committee members welcomed the team with a smile and a “thank you” for their hard work and dedication to Cape Cod Healthcare.

At the red-carpet events and throughout the month of July, the STAR Committee will be handing out personalized packs of Life Savers candy that read “You are a real lifesaver, thank you for all that you do!” with the ask that each Team Member give their pack to someone they appreciate at work.

The STAR program allows CCHC Team Members to nominate and celebrate their peers and colleagues who embody the core CCHC STAR values of Service, Teamwork, Accountability and Respect. Read more about the red-carpet event and the STAR program in next week’s Pulse Points.
