The newly relaunched quarterly recognition program spotlights 15 employees who go above and beyond in their roles. Meet the latest winners!

Over the past month, the STAR committee members stopped by Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital, the VNA, and medical offices across the CCCH system to award 15 outstanding Cape Cod Healthcare Team Members (nominated by peers and supervisors) who have demonstrated core values of Service, Teamwork, Accountability and Respect.

Team Members received a STAR balloon bouquet, $100 gift card, sweets and a STAR lanyard as part of our recognition program.
