CCHC’s Redesigned Website: Award-Winning Digital Experience

When visiting our website this past year, you may have noticed a fresh look, new elements and improved navigation experience. Cape Cod Healthcare’s redesigned website has earned national recognition for excellence in digital innovation and user experience. The site received a Gold Award in the Website Redesign category at the 2025 MarCom Awards, as well as a Platinum Award for Best Mobile Experience from the eHealthcare Leadership Awards.
These honors reflect the thoughtful collaboration, creativity and insight between CCHC's marketing communications team and Geonetric, our web host and development platform, that guided the year-long project. With a focus on making it easier for patients and community members to access the care and information they need with a more user-friendly and accessible experience, the redesign also optimizes our "digital front door" for online search.
The MarCom Awards honor excellence in marketing and communication, recognizing the creativity, hard work and innovation of industry professionals. Since its inception in 2004, MarCom has grown into one of the largest and most respected creative competitions in the world, receiving about 7,000 print and digital entries each year from dozens of countries.
The eHealthcare Leadership Awards recognize outstanding health websites and digital initiatives, highlighting the role of digital communications in achieving healthcare organizations’ business objectives. This leading awards program, now in its 26th year, draws some 1,000 entries annually. It exclusively recognizes the very best websites and digital communications of healthcare organizations (both large and small), online health companies, pharmaceutical/medical equipment firms, agencies/suppliers, and business improvement initiatives.
Centers of Excellence in Lung Cancer Screening

A national recognition is shining a spotlight on Cape Cod Healthcare’s commitment to early detection and coordinated care. Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital have each been named Centers of Excellence in Lung Cancer Screening by GO2 for Lung Cancer.
The designation highlights a strong focus on patient-centered, evidence-based screening, with low-dose CT scans offering the only proven way to detect lung cancer early, when it is most treatable. Cape Cod Hospital also earned recognition as a Center of Excellence in Incidental Pulmonary Nodules, reinforcing efforts to identify and monitor lung nodules through timely, coordinated follow-up care.
Together, these programs are expanding access to advanced screening and expert care for patients across Cape Cod, close to home.
