Most people gain weight during the holiday season, which usually leads to a common New Year’s resolution of losing the holiday weight. This cycle tends to repeat itself year after year as many of us feel like holiday weight gain is impossible to avoid.
Let’s break that cycle this year! Join our “Maintain - Don’t Gain” Challenge if you are looking for a fun way to keep your holiday weight gain down and your energy up. This nine-week, self-directed challenge will help you maintain your weight during the holidays when it's more challenging to eat healthy and stay fit with exercise.
The challenge will run from November 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021.
When you sign up for the challenge, you'll receive weekly emails with proven strategies for maintaining your weight. The emails will also contain healthy recipes, stress management tools, physical activity suggestions and encouraging messages. In addition, you’ll have a chance to win raffle prizes each week!
How to Participate
- Register for the “Maintain-Don’t Gain” Challenge - Just fill out the waiver and join!
- Read the weekly “Maintain-Don’t Gain” email
- Focus on implementing what you learn
- Weigh yourself each week on the same day & keep track
All weighing in will be done individually at home on your own. You’ll keep track of your weight on a weekly basis and there will be no weight measurement reporting (honor system).
