Lights, Camera, Memorable Moments!
The STAR Team Member Recognition Program kicked off the first red-carpet celebration of the year with award presentations, photo booths, staycation raffles and heartfelt appreciation.
Earlier this month, CCHC Team Members were welcomed with a red-carpet surprise outside the cafeterias at Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital. The STAR Committee greeted employees with smiles, applause and a heartfelt “thank you” for their dedication.
To celebrate our incredible teams, employees walked the red carpet, posed in the “photo booth” in front of a sparkling backdrop, and received special STAR packets with chocolates, notebooks, STAR-themed pens, and more. Two lucky winners also won $1,000 Staycation Raffle prizes as a token of appreciation.
The event also featured STAR Award presentations, honoring individuals who exemplify Service, Teamwork, Accountability, and Respect. These moments highlighted the teamwork and dedication that define CCHC.
