Grateful to Give: Blood Drive Team ChallengeGrateful to Give: Blood Drive Team Challenge

Give blood. Earn points for your team. Help save lives.

Cape Cod Healthcare is launching the Blood Drive Team Challenge, a friendly competition encouraging employees across the organization to roll up their sleeves and support our local blood supply.

Donate Blood by November 15 and earn one point for your CCHC team!

Teams are organized by department and/or manager, with some departments combined to create evenly sized teams. Each employee blood donation counts as one point for the donor’s selected team.

Who will take home the Lifesavers Cup?

At the end of each challenge, the team with the most points will earn bragging rights and the CCHC Lifesavers Cup, a traveling trophy awarded to the winning team.

And there’s something for individual donors, too! Everyone who donates during the challenge will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a prize.

How to participate

Schedule an appointment at the Nicholas G. Xiarhos Blood Donor Center at Cape Cod Hospital by calling 508-862-5663.

You can also learn more about the Blood Donor Center and schedule your appointment online  at any CCHC blood drive.

When you donate, be sure to provide your department/team name so your donation can be counted toward your team’s total.

Every donation makes a difference

All blood collected through Cape Cod Healthcare stays within our health system to support patients at Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital. By participating in the Grateful to Give: Blood Drive Team Challenge, you’re not only helping your team move closer to the Lifesavers Cup — you’re helping provide lifesaving care to members of our community.

Ready to roll up your sleeve? Donate by Sunday, November 15, and help your team rise to the top!
