Employee appreciation nights at Cape Cod Baseball League games celebrated Cape Cod’s other home team—all of you who go the distance and cover all your bases each and every day.

On two picture-perfect summer evenings, Cape Cod Healthcare sponsored special employee appreciation nights on July 8 and 10 at Guv Fuller Field in Falmouth and the Judy Walden Scarafile Field at McKeon Park in Hyannis. Jonathan Sunkin, MD, stepped up on the mound and threw out the first pitch in Falmouth, and Jeffrey Martin, MD, tossed the ceremonial first pitch in Hyannis.

CCHC team members, who attended the games with friends and family, were treated to commemorative T-shirts and reserved seating sections. We enjoyed seeing familiar faces and meeting new friends who stopped by our information table to say hello and to inquire about our healthcare services. Many of our guests appreciated the handouts of lip balm, sunscreen, cooling towels and first-aid kits.

As the official healthcare sponsor through the 2025 Cape Cod Baseball League season, we look forward to seeing all of you again at the All-Star Game in Falmouth on Saturday, June 27, where folks from our Urgent Care team will be welcoming attendees!

We also hope to see many of you at next year’s employee appreciation nights at new field locations across the Cape.
