Special Seashells Hung With Care Special Seashells Hung With Care

Honor your loved ones this holiday season through the Tree of Memories at McCarthy Care Center.

This year’s Tree of Memories is an opportunity for people to remember their departed loved ones during the holiday season and to support the important work of the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod Hospice. In December, the Tree of Memories will feature seashell ornaments bearing the names of family, friends or a special caregiver displayed on evergreen trees framing the memorial walkway outside of the McCarthy Care Center at 73 Service Road in East Sandwich (the only location this year).
