Honor a friend or caregiver on the Tree of Memories

Custom ornaments benefit VNA Hospice
Recognize a caregiver, honor a friend or remember a loved one in December by contributing to the Tree of Memories, with proceeds to benefit the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod Hospice.
The Tree of Memories is a community tradition on display outside Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital and the McCarthy Care Center in Sandwich during the month of December to celebrate the lives of friends and recognize the compassion of those who are caregivers.
In December, donors can purchase seashell ornaments which will bear the names of honorees and will decorate the trees as a visible reminder of gratitude.
People are invited to make a gift and name a person or people to honor, along with the preferred tree location for the ornament through the Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation. Those who wish to keep the ornament may remove it from the tree after the holidays in January.
By making a gift, donors will help to support the compassionate care the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod Hospice provides to families during the holiday season and beyond.
