The relaunch of the LiveWell Employee Wellness program, powered by WebMD, features wellness challenges, daily habits planning, health coaching, well-being assessments and more!

The LiveWell Wellness Program, powered by WebMD, is now live with a new and enhanced wellness platform that will provide interactive and personalized wellbeing experiences for participants.  

While pursuing your goals, you can earn rewards by collecting Wellness points. The activities you decide to participate in are your choice! WebMD One Wellness platform and WebMD’s “Wellness at Your Side” app offer a more personalized user experience with an improved mobile app, so you can access LiveWell anytime and anywhere. Fun and innovative wellness tools will help you build and maintain healthy daily habits.

Are you a Tufts Health Plan member through CCHC?

YES: Locate the Member Login section. If you already have a Tufts Health Plan online member account, select Login Now. If not, select Register now. Once logged in, scroll down to Health & Wellness and select Get Started.

NO: If you are not a Tufts Health Plan member through CCHC, locate the Guest Login section. If you already have a guest account, enter your username and password. If not, select Create a guest account and use the program code TCCHC. It may take up to 24 hours for your account to be activated.

  1. Once you’ve reached the LiveWell portal, complete the one-time welcome page.
  2. Explore all the great features of your new program, including well-being activities, rewards, how to download the app and how to sync a device.

Best place to start?

Complete your well-being assessment and earn your first 200 points! This will allow you to access your customized Wellness plan in Daily Habits!

When can I access the “Wellness at Your Side” app?

The Wellness at Your Side app can be downloaded any time. It is recommended to set up account and complete the welcome page using  desktop. Step-by-step instructions with the app QR code will be provided upon account setup.

The 2024 LiveWell Wellness Program Rewards!

Wellness rewards will be tiered according to the number of wellness points earned in two four-month periods as follows:

May 20 - August 31, 2024

  • Tier 1: 2,000 points - Earn a $50 Gift Card
  • Tier 2: 3,000 points - Entry into drawing special prizes in September

September 1 - December 13, 2024

  • Tier 1: 2,000 points - Earn a $50 Gift Card
  • Tier 2: 3,000 points - Entry into drawing for special prizes in December

Note: Earning tier 2 will qualify members for the LiveWell year-end cash-prize raffle in December.

Rewards eligibility

Only benefits-eligible employees qualify for the LiveWell program rewards. Non-benefits-eligible employees are welcome to join the program, but do not qualify for the LiveWell rewards.
