What Does a Wellness Champion Do?
Wellness Focus: Serves as the go-to wellness person in the department and helps promote ongoing wellness events.
Role Model: Wellness champions inspire participation and engagement by acting as role models.
Leading by Example: Actively participate in wellness initiatives, showing genuine commitment and motivating others to do the same.

Earn a Tango Gift Card Through Employee Wellness Program
The LiveWell Wellness Program has teamed up with Tango to bring you a convenient way to receive your wellness rewards electronically. Once you earn your gift card, it’s sent directly to your email the very next day. What’s even better is that you have the freedom to choose which merchant to redeem it with and, if you prefer, split the gift card amount across multiple merchants. This flexibility makes it easier than ever to enjoy the rewards you’ve earned through your Wellness program!
How to Get Started
Are you a Harvard Pilgrim member through CCHC?
IF YES: Register for your secure online member account with Harvard Pilgrim. Once your HPHC account is setup, use the LiveWell Portal for ongoing.
IF NO: Visit the LiveWell Portal and choose Guest Login. If you haven't accessed the portal in the past, click Create Guest Account using the program code TCCHC. It may take up to 48-hours for your account to be activated. If you've accessed the portal with a guest account in the past, you can enter your username and password to log in.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All CCHC health plan members who registered with LiveWell in 2024 will need to register with Harvard Pilgrim in order to join the 2025 LiveWell Program.
All guest account users who registered in 2024 can use their existing credentials to access the 2025 LiveWell Program.
Access LiveWell Program via App - Download WebMD’s Wellness At Your Side Mobile App
- Create an account using steps above for the first time on a desktop computer.
- Download WebMD’s Wellness At Your Side app in the Google Play Store or App Store.
- Open WebMD’s Wellness At Your Side app and enter the mobile program code (all lowercase): lwportal
- If you see a Welcome Screen, click “Sign in using SSO” and then log in using your Harvard Pilgrim online member or guest account.
