A Monthly LiveWell Message from Dr. SidA special video message for October from Dr. Sid

“What are two things that we can learn from watching nature during the fall season as it prepares for the winter and how do we apply it to our wellness goals? The answer: Letting go and reprioritizing,” explains Dr. Kumara Sidhartha, MD, MPH, medical director of the CCHC Employee Health Plan. “Just as trees rearrange the location of the water within their tissues in the colder months, we can rearrange our priority list for the coming months to enhance our well-being and self-care.”

We invite you to view this two-minute wellness video from Dr. Sid, which highlights LiveWell’s October theme of PREPARE. We have tools of nutrition and resiliency lined up for you this month, including exclusive savings on WW’s digital app (Weight Watchers Reimagined) and the Recharge texting program (scroll down for more details). Best wishes for the fall season!
