Tuesdays and Fridays
Aug 2-30
The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster presents “Forest Bathing: Deepening our Relationship with Nature” with CCMNH Field Guide Carol Marcy.
Forest Bathing is about “swimming” in the living being of the forest and the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History offers an opportunity to deepen your relationship with nature. This is a meditative practice and can be immensely healing. This guided walk will help show you how to pay attention in a new way. The walk is approximately 1.5 miles roundtrip over somewhat challenging terrain and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Check website for specific times.
Tickets are $12 per person.
