Rock Your Red on February 2Rock Your Red on February 2

Save the date! National Wear Red Day is Friday, Feb. 2, 2024. The day is observed on the first Friday of February each year is to raise awareness about heart disease — a leading cause of death in Americans.

We encourage you to rock your red on this day to show your support for the cause and promote heart health.

To help spread the word about the risks of heart disease and stroke, we invite you to send in photos of you and your teams wearing red to be featured on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Linked In).

Please email photos of National Wear Red Day to pulse@capecodhealth.org. Deadline to submit photos for social media is by noon on Feb. 2. Photos received after this date will appear in the February Pulse edition later in the month.

Throughout the month of February, we will also be observing American Heart Month by highlighting ways we can take care of our heart health.

Thank you!
