Snapshots: Merry Moments and Festive Cheer
Cape Cod Healthcare team members took time to relax and connect during this year’s holiday celebrations at Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital.
Lively music, including favorites like “Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay,” set a cheerful tone throughout the Cape Cod Hospital cafeteria. Festive décor filled the space with snowflakes, red and green balloons, and gold and silver stars hanging from the ceiling. A welcoming balloon arch — featuring white snowflake balloons, square gold balloons and gingerbread statues — greeted staff as they entered, while mini fir trees with holly berries decorated the tables.
Team members enjoyed two dessert stations, filled with mini cupcakes and cannolis, and an espresso bar featuring caramel lattes and hot chocolate with an array of toppings, including mini marshmallows, gingerbread cookies and candy canes. Outside the cafeteria, the atmosphere was equally festive and welcoming as the Cape Cod Hospital Auxiliary was hosting a cookie and gift sale featuring hand-painted ornaments, delicious homemade cookies and hand-crafted pillowcases, all to benefit the hospital.
