What’s Happening Cape Cod - June EditionWhat’s Happening Cape Cod

We’ve rounded up a variety of local events and activities that promise to bring joy, connection and memorable moments. For the month of June, we highlight opening day of the beloved Cape Cod Baseball League, Strawberry Day, the annual Father’s Day Car Show in Hyannis and Amplify POC’s summer festival!

Saturday, June 15 - Cape Cod Baseball League Opening Day

The Opening Day games on June 15 will be highlighted by a rematch of last year’s Cape League Championship Series, as the defending champion Bourne Braves host the Orleans Firebirds. Last year’s Cape League Championship Series had over 17,000 fans in attendance over the three-game series. For schedule of games, visit Cape Cod Baseball League. Since Cape Cod Healthcare is the official sponsor of the league, watch for announcements regarding staff appreciation nights in Hyannis and Falmouth in July. Pictured below: Cape Cod Healthcare teams attended appreciation nights last July at Guv Fuller Field in Falmouth (left) and the Judy Walden Scarafile Field at McKeon Park in Hyannis.
