The Epic post Go-Live survey begins this week

Feedback requested: The Epic post Go-Live survey begins this week

Your responses will help determine enhancements and personalization

After nearly three months of using the new Epic integrated electronic medical record system, many areas have achieved stabilization in use, while remaining areas are close. We are now entering the next phase of the implementation process and will be looking to your input as we work to identify areas for focused enhancement, personalization and optimization that build upon the Foundation system we implemented. Your input and feedback will be used to inform the first of three waves of Post LIVE visits with our Epic support team that will start in February.

We ask that you please take few minutes to respond to this brief, 15-question  survey by no later than Wednesday, February 3, 2021, when the survey period closes.

We want to hear from you!

Click the link HERE to take the survey.

Please complete the survey by Wednesday, February 3, 2021.

The survey must be completed in one session and
can only be taken once, so please plan accordingly.

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we work together to further improve the way we utilize our new technology to help deliver the best possible care for our patients and our community.
