Employees have until midnight on Saturday, November 9, to complete their enrollment changes for the 2025 plan year.  

Cape Cod Healthcare is holding its annual benefits enrollment now through November 9. This is your opportunity to review your benefits and make important enrollment decisions for the coming year.  For detailed information about your 2025 benefit plan options and rates, please visit the dedicated Open Enrollment page on the CCHC Intranet to access all relevant forms and documents.
