Get Red-y to Support a Good Cause
Kick off American Heart Month by wearing red on National Wear Red Day on February 4—the first Friday of the month. The American Heart Association encourages people to wear red to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease and stroke in millions of women. Whether it be red shoes and pants, lipstick or your favorite accessories, get ready to paint the day red and support the association’s signature initiative.
We’d love to see your pictures and share them with CCHC employees in our next Pulse newsletter on February 8. We also invite you to show off your “coworkers” —babies, kids and pets—wearing red.
Please email photos to llconnors@capecodhealth.org by February 7 and help us spread the word about heart health throughout the month of February!
