Community Benefits: Helping Local Organizations
Annual grants assist community groups working toward enhancing quality of life.
Did you know? Every year, Cape Cod Healthcare provides numerous Community Benefits grants to local organizations and advocacy groups that work to enhance the quality and access to healthcare services. To understand the needs, Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC) does a Community Health Needs Assessment every three years. This assessment helps CCHC focus on the unmet needs of the financially disadvantaged and underserved populations, as well as projects that promote disease prevention, wellness and access to care. Below is a list of more than 50 local organizations, including those that focus on physical and behavioral health, access to care, housing stability, nutrition and wellness, and health equity, that CCHC has supported since October 2023.
