CCH Tower Update: Set to Open in 2025CCH Tower Update: Set to Open in 2025

On a recent picture-perfect day, a Cape Cod Healthcare employee snapped this photo of the new Barbey Patient Care Tower, under construction on the Cape Cod Hospital campus in Hyannis. The tower is on track to start welcoming patients in April 2025.

The first two floors of the four-story building will house the new Davenport-Mugar Cancer Center, including radiation oncology services on the first floor, while the second floor will have 36 private infusion bays and medical oncology exam rooms. A new cardiac ward with 32 patient rooms will be located on the third floor. Family counseling, nutritional support and laboratory space will also occupy the new facility.
