Noelene Cervin, Vice President, Budgeting and Operations, at Cape Cod Healthcare: Ms. Cervin started in her position in 2016, previously serving as the executive director of finance for Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital. She is in charge of planning the budget for the system, as well as designing, implementing and documenting a budget model representative of the organization's finances. She holds a CPA from Connecticut.
