The New Directions Employee Assistance Program is a free, confidential tool to help you overcome
life challenges and live a happy, balanced life.

From counseling, legal and financial consulting, professional and personal coaching and training, crisis support to digital behavioral health tools, the EAP is a broad set of services available to benefits-eligible employees.

There are several types of assistance offered by the EAP:
